Arizona Cardinals owner Michael Bidwill is again sued by a former employee.
This time it is his former personal assistant, Brittany Neuheisel, who has filed an unlawful dismissal lawsuit against bidwill and the team.
Neuheisel claims that she was constantly tormented because she had not rejected the members of her own family and that they refused to participate in illegal behavior, “according to the submission obtained by DailyMail.com.
Bidwill has unleashed the plaintiff with an attempt to drive her to leave the cardinals, “the application went on, adding that he once demanded that she sent a gun via Fedex, while giving her order to ignore any firearm restrictions.
Neuheisel, a grandmother, claims that she was told by a third that Bidwell wanted to replace her with someone who is 'young, beautiful and athletic'.
A spokesperson for the cardinals denied the allegations in a statement provided to DailyMail.com.

“Earlier this week the cardinals received an e-mail from a claimant lawyer based in California,” the statement began. 'In it he threatened to tighten a lawsuit, unless the team agreed to a considerable amount at 5 p.m. the next day at 5 p.m.
'The team refused and the lawyer has now filed the complaint.
'The cardinals were surprised and strongly refuse the allegations that are taken in this lawsuit and are planning to defend the case on his merits in the right forum.
“Because this is now awaiting lawsuits, the team will abandon further comments.”
Neuheisel's lawyer did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com for comment.
A year ago, Bidwill was sued by former Cardinals personnel leader Terry McDonough about unlawful dismissal claims. McDonough eventually won $ 3 million in arbitration after the team had admitted a critical press release about the departing director 'went too far' in condemning him.
For six years, Neuheisel worked for Bidwell until her resignation last month.
She says that Bidwill has constantly put her in the middle of his 'small fighting' with family members. In one alleged incident, Neuheisel was told by prayer to tidy up the car of his niece he had given her so that it could be taken back and sold.
Neuheisel claims that Bidwill told her to record the video of the car that was loaded into a flatbed tow truck so that he could play the clip for his niece.
What is more, Neuheisel says that Bidwill repeatedly said that she was an 'enabler' for her adult children and grandchildren, whom he said she had to kick out of her house, according to the application.
In 2022, Neuheisel claims that she was attacked by Bidwill's Pitbull, Charley, who is accused of biting other Cardinals employees.
“Most of the cardinals were afraid to go close to Charley,” read the application.
Neheisel stopped in January after the cardinals agreed to organize the Playoff match between the Los Angeles Rams and Minnesota Vikings while South California was decimated by forest fires.
Neuheisel says that bidwill has directed a tirade to her when Rams owner Stan Koenke neglected to personally thank the cardinals for hosting the game.
