Troubled Former Game Show -Gastheer Andrew O'Keefe flew back to Australia after a stint in drug rehabilitation to treat the last of his apparently endless series of lawsuits.
O'Keefe was confronted on Friday with Sydney's Waverley Local Court to argue more than six months ago for driving with Meth in his system, but escaped with a fine of $ 440.

The lawyer of O'Keefe, Jahan Kalantar, told the court that his client accepted that he had a bad traffic report and had spent a considerable period with his illegal drug abuse.
Mr Kalantar said O'Keefe had taken serious steps to tackle his drug problems and had yielded evidence that he had spent three months as a patient in a rehabilitation facility.
O'Keefe had returned to Sydney from abroad to tackle his only outstanding lawsuit, said Mr. Kalantar.
The former deal or not a deal presenter tested positively on methylamfetamine while he was driving his Mercedes C200 in the eastern suburbs of Sydney on July 28 last year.
He was taken over that day around 11.30 am for random tests on Cranbrook Road in Rose Bay and registered a positive result, but was only charged at the end of November.

The conviction of drugs was later destroyed, but O'Keefe lost a appeal against the convictions of the attacks in August.
In December 2023 he escaped the conviction after he was guilty of the Downing Center Local Court to drive Point Piper with drugs in his system earlier that year.
O'Keefe was in charge of his Mercedes C200 -Sedan in January and returned a positive test to Methamfetamine.

During the 2023 conviction, Magistraat Miranda Moody said that O'Keefe had since returned negative screening for drugs and was treated by a psychiatrist and psychologist.
“To his honor, he has clearly had some problems with illegal drug use and I have received material from his use of drugs or the lack of it,” said Mrs. Moody at the time.
“Nothing has been discovered for some time. I also received a report from a psychologist and a psychiatrist. He is working on treatment.
“Given the enormous amount of work that Mr O'Keefe does with regard to his drug and health problems, I am willing not to record a conviction.”
Mrs. Moody has sentenced O'Keefe to an order of 12 months of community release.
