Costco has postponed huge bonuses for managers who become 'Statistics concerning diversity' has been revealed a report.
Top bosses achieved a total of at least $ 217,333 between 2021 and 2024 for achieving social and environmental goals, according to a study by FOX Digital.
In 2023, the then CEO Craig Jelineek received $ 100,000 for achieving the necessary goals, according to a proxy statement.
The current CEO Ron Vachris wrote a $ 93,333 bonus last year, while other managers each received $ 24,000 for achieving their goals.
The goals were based on 'metrics with regard to diversity, equity and inclusion, consumption of resources and other environmental -related areas'.
The retail giant has not appeared on the exact nature of the requirements required to reach the extra wage.
