A 29-year-old man who died from suicide to a 'devastating' two-year brain generation after receiving a COVID-19-Booster Jab has ruled a coroner.
Andrew Heys, 29, is said to have reacted 'very badly' to the vaccine in December 2021, so that he developed a rare autoimmune disease that is known as post-vaccination Autoimmune Encefalopathy.
And the disease that can encourage memory loss, epileptic seizures, insomnia, delusions and paranoia is mentioned as one of the causes of the death of Mr Heys, as well as drowning.
On the day of his death last year, the 29-year-old from Salford, Manchester, climbed over a bridge in the Manchester ship channel and called 999, but because of signal problems he hunged and the case was 'closed'.
It was reported that 'desperate' the last words of Mr Heys were 'forgotten' to the call handler and a little later he fell into the water and drowned on March 12, 2024.
His body was found four days later.
Now a coroner at Bolton Coroners Court has expressed concern about the circumstances of Mr Heys's death, after he had heard how the 999 call operator did not return the call of the 29-year-old to the ambulance service.
John Pollard, assistant-rigor for West-Manchester, said: “He responded very badly to vaccination and then suffered from autoimmune encephalopathy, the effects of which destroyed both physically and mentally.”

Andrew Heys, 29, is said to have responded 'very badly' to the vaccine in December 2021, so that he had developed post-vaccination Autoimmune Encephalopathy
It was reported that Mr. Heys 999 called in the early hours of the morning and was spent on a place for Locum-Ghuisartsen.
The medical professional told an investigation into the death of Mr Heys that she could not hear what he said because his telephone connection was weak.
After struggling with the signal, Mr Heys told the call handler to “forget it” and the call before he climbed over the parapet and fell into the water.
Mr. Pollard said that during the investigation he heard that the doctor who acted on behalf of the provider of Out-of-Urs, Bardoc, was never 'trained' by them in how they could follow their paths.
“This meant that she 'closed' the call, alter spoke with the patient, instead of bringing it back to the ambulance service as should have happened,” said the coroner.
'She was also confused about how she had access to the patient's own doctor; Again, she said she had not had any training in this respect.
'In the course of the evidence, I once again heard the common complaint that one health star is unable to gain access to the patient's health files held by another health star.
“In this case, the manager of the 111 helpline agreed that the different IT systems did not” talk to each other “.
“I am worried about why all bona fide health workers do not have access to all health data that is stored somewhere within the NHS.”
Mr. Pollard has issued a prevention of future death report report to the Ministry of Health and Social Care and Bardoc, the organization that offers urgent and community health care in Greater Manchester.
