A small quiet town in Pennsylvania is ready to become the new Hamptons while celebrities continue to flow there because of his 'silent' lifestyle.
New Hope, a city next to the Delaware River, was first in the spotlight after Yolanda Hadid bought a 32-hectare site to be closer to her model daughters, Gigi and Bella.
Complete with a stone farm, horse barn and formal garden, the country soon became a family retreat and both sisters spent more time on the site.
In 2018 the Hadid matrarch described their rural life and the Toronto star told: “We are driving horses, we have a vegetable garden.”
One Direction star Zayn Malik, who is the father of Gigi's child, even bought a farm in the city that raised his small family. In 2018 he told a British outlet that he liked that 'there are no human beings' in the quiet area.
Gigi was even birth to their daughter in the county in 2020.
Over the years, parts of New Hope continued to perform on their Instagram pages, people began to find their way to the picturesque city and buy properties – to the point where the local population now says it is 'overcrowded'.
Leonardo DiCaprio and Justin Bieber and film teams started to dive in the neighborhood for films. And Gigi's new love interest, Bradley Cooper, bought a farm near Yolanda.

Mira Nakashima moved to New Hope in 1943 as a child with her father, George – a woodworker and designer whose tables and chairs are shown in Moma and tend to get thousands of dollars at an auction, she told the New York Times.
After his death in 1990, Mira, now 82, took over Nakashima Woodworkers and started keeping open houses on Saturday.
But lately she had to resort to having tours by appointment only after the site was extremely crowded.

Nevertheless, the city has made some changes to seduce new visitors, because more and more agricultural land is being seized by the Superrich and converted into estates.

Truffle fries – a staple in New York City, which is just an hour away – are even served in restaurants, Katsutoshi Amagasu, 21, who grew up in New Hope, to The Times.

It is also the birthplace of Pennsylvania Impressism from Pennsylvania and the city where Liza Minnelli and Robert Redford have their start, according to the outlet.
The city, originally called Coryell's ferry before a mill fire changed everything, is also a friendly place to live.
“New Hope is a city for everyone,” resident David Myers told Travel & Leisure. “The residents and people here hold ourselves responsible for a high level of expectation of inclusiveness and friendliness.”
