The American Russia-Ukraine envoy reportedly announced the allies that he proposes 'opts' options of the end of the war to present to President Trump in an attempt to end the war.
Keith Kellogg told us in recent meetings allies that he is preparing options to present to Trump, according to the Semafor news site.
He previously denied reports that he could make a proposal this week at the Munich safety conference.

Asked if he had had a conversation with Putin since he became president on January 20 or earlier, Trump said: “I had it. Let's say I've had it … and I expect to have many more conversations. We have to end that war. '
“When we talk, I don't want to tell you about the conversations,” Trump said.
“There are certainly many sensitive conversations going,” the American national security adviser Mike Waltz told NBC, which suggests that Trump could use sanctions and rates to force Russia's hand.
