Their new show comes more than three years after Rust cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was killed when shooting on the set.

The process of the actor for involuntary manslaughter was thrown away in August 2024.

The judge also rejected a request from Gutierrez-Vreed that she was released out of detention and said it was disputed because the request for a new trial was refused.
In July, Marlow Sommer stopped and ended the Baldwin process based on misconduct of the police and public prosecutors and their remembering evidence of the defense in the Hutchins shooting in 2021.
Baldwin, the protagonist and co-producer for rest, aimed a gun on Hutchins during a rehearsal on a film set outside of Santa Fe when the Revolver went off, killed Hutchins and injured Souza.
A jury condemned Gutierrez-Rijd of involuntary manslaughter in March in a trial under the supervision of Marlowe Sommer, who later sentenced her to a maximum of 18 months.
Gutierrez-Vreed has appealed to the conviction pending a higher court. Jury members have acquitted her of accusations that she has tampered with evidence in the Rest Investigation.
For the judiciary, Gutierrez-Vreed faulted the unconscious live ammunition on the set of 'Roest' and for not failing to fail the basic weapon safety protocols.
Proof that the lawyers of Gutierrez-Vreed said that prosecutors had not shared, include a report from a firearm expert about the functionality of the gun that Baldwin used, ammunition that was later returned in authorities and an interview with rust ammunition supplier Seth Kenney.
Gutierrez-Vreed is currently being broadcast in the detention facility for adults of Santa Fe County.
In the meantime, Baldwin was rejected his involuntary manslaughter in July.
