A bitter husband who reported his ex-wife as a missing person after she ran away from him and had harassed her with unwanted e-mail, received a street ban.
Roy Judd, 49, admitted that he treated the disintegration 'bad' when his 23 -year -old marriage ended in August 2024.
He argued guilty of an indictment for intimidation without violence, and was banned from street, a community order and was fined £ 80.
Adam Cooper, persecution, said Swindon Magistrates Court that Judd, Van Upavon, Wiltshire, had caused a 'considerable amount of need'.
He said, 'It's on that date [August 2024] That [Ms Judd] Says that she makes it clear that she was leaving and that she is walking on him. '
The court heard that the intimidation of ex-wife Debbie started the test of Debbie when she started receiving the unsolicited post that was delivered to her new house.
Mr Cooper continued: 'He tried to find Mrs. Judd when she refused to answer her phone. He also contacted friends and colleagues.
“He effectively reported her as a missing person and caused a considerable amount of fear after he told other people that she had left when she had left.”

Mr. Cooper added that Mr Judd had sustained the intimidation during the month of September.
The public prosecutor said: 'There were a large number of other e -mails and messages, including some unwanted E -mail sent to her address.
'[Mr Judd] Accepts that Junk -e -Mail has been sent to her property.
“He said he was in his own distressing state, but the crown explains that that is all part of the intimidation.”
The court heard that Mr Judd also pretended to be a neighbor of Mrs. Judd and contacted her to ask her why an 'ambulance' and 'police' were at her home.
The ailing ex-wife was led to believe 'for some time' that she was contacted by a real neighbor.
Mrs Judd said she was very upset when her ex-man contacted her grandmother after he had reported her missing.
At the end of September Mr Judd reported his ex-wife and said he should commit suicide and that he hoped 'from the bottom of [his] Hart 'that an operation that she would have at that time would go wrong.
For the defense, Paul Jones said that the court has Mr Judd 'mental health problems'.
Judd claimed that he came home on the day his ex-wife left to discover that she had taken 'vodka and 100 tablets', and that is why he contacted her colleagues and loved ones to tell them she was missing.
Mr. Jones admitted on behalf of Mr. Judd that “he was badly dealing with it.”
He was arrested in October 2024.
Main magistrate David Morris said, “We have decided that this violation is serious enough to issue a community order.”
Judd was sentenced to a 12 -month community order that requires that he undertakes mental health care and 15 days before rehabilitation.
He was fined £ 80 with a surcharge of £ 114 and costs of £ 84, a total of £ 279.
A street ban of 12 months was also introduced, which means that he should not contact Mrs Judd or visit her house.
