An obsessed Hoarder has changed his messy Melbourne at home of hell into a completely car cemetery Woestenij inhabited by gigantic rats and non-intensified beings.
The local population has warned council officials about safety on the building in northern Melbourne, but nothing has been done about what they now say is a 'completely health and safety memorial mare'.
Over the course of a few years, the Hoarder has allowed an accumulation of clutter, chemicals, waste and hard waste to walk away and now occupies its entire property.
Hazardous materials including methylated spirits and other flammable liquids can be seen in the mess that looks more like a advice dot than on a house.
A neighbor who has lived next to the Hoarder for five years claims that they have sent more than 20 complaints to Darebin Council and local MPs.
But they say that 'nothing has improved' after warning officials for the hammering danger zone almost 12 months ago.
The neighbor renewed their plea for help this week and said that other residents on the street had also submitted complaints because 'things seem to get worse'.
“It started with a house full of junk, front garden and back garden, about a meter high of 'things', but now it is a full nightmare for health and safety,” the neighbor said.

'There is literally a gigantic fox that has made itself in the building at home. The vermin problem is more than bad – I am talking about hundreds.
“Rats, mice and I even saw some larger creatures that are difficult to identify.”
In a post on social media, they added: 'The most part, however, is the stuff that I have found.
'I came across full bottles of methylated spirits, and to be honest, I am terrified of the possibility of flammable liquids and materials spread over the house.
'If this place ever goes up in flames, it goes up quickly and without warning. I fear it is just a matter of time before something catastrophic happens.
'I tried to reach out, but it is like touching a brick wall. It is incredibly frustrating to see this situation escalate without no real action being taken.
“The house is a ticking time bomb.”
The neighbor said that the police 'once' attended because the female Hoarder reportedly stealed things from someone in the street '.
“I was just at home from work and she (the police) were parked forward, so they walked towards him and asked me if I knew if anyone lived there and when I said yes, they asked how she came in the house,” ” The neighbor said.

“They said it was too much trouble to try.”
The neighbor said that the car cemetery smells like a dirty scent and is full of rats the size of a toy poodle.
They added that it ensured that a pest of vermin came in their house and now a threat was a threat to the neighbor's health and their partner.
“To be honest, I have throw away three benches since I moved to this house because the rats run over her fence and in my house,” said the neighbor.
'You don't know what's in the waste, there can be gas bottles and such. My biggest fear is my dogs. '
In desperation, the neighbor went to social media that begged the Melbourne community to advise whether they 'should involve more authorities' or 'just continue to push the council and MPs'.
Many advised the desperate neighbor to contact the fire brigade that in turn would inform the EPA.
Others advised the neighbor to simply tell the media so that the problem can be solved.
Another asked if these hoarders and others like them are 'the people who succeed in taking everything on the hard-Rubbish Facebook groups within a few minutes'.
Another said the Hamarder Hellhole looked like a 'beautiful house for rodents'.
Another said officials would rather not get involved with problem hammers.
“I smile that people think that there are a lot of officials ready to compete,” said the person.
'The fire brigade would not give two s *** s. When it goes up in flames, they come. In short, they will not be interested. I doubt that the council will also be. '
Twelve months ago the neighbor said they lived in 'constant fear' from the Hoarder and said they had done that 'Viewed in dismay' while the stack 'slowly built up'.
The moment the neighbor said they had been 'so understanding' about the hoarder, but said they could 'No longer excuse the dirty mess'.
A spokesperson for the Darebin city council said that it was 'aware of the reported issues' and launched a 'continuous investigation' when the case was first supplied last year.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted the council for an update on the situation.
