A female Uber passenger was caught on the camera and falsely accused her male driver of intimidation after he refused to 'step on it' because she was too late for work.
Images of the meeting, which took place in January and was leaked on social media last week, showed the woman to the driver who repeatedly told the driver to hit the gas because she was too late to work in Mexico City.
'Really not! Step on it, step on it, go to the left, if it is clear, change lane, learn to drive or I will report you, “she is heard in the dashboard video.
“Sorry but I'm not going to drive that way,” the driver replied, Isaac Lozoya. “Sorry, ma'am, I'm not going to drive that way.”
After the passenger complained for almost a minute, Lozoya stopped his car and asked the woman to go out.
But she refused and remained the driver's needle, and told him that he “gets along and learns how to drive.”
The woman then called the police and claimed that Losoya was bothering her.
“The driver I am with is difficult for me, the driver of the Uber in which I sit,” she is heard in her phone while she offers her location.
“He is difficult for me, he asks me strange questions. He told me that I was very beautiful and I don't know what else and that if I didn't pay attention, the journey would not continue. '

In response, Lozoya Uber called to report the incident when the woman screamed over him and the Uber operator asked to tell him to drop her off at her destination.
The woman threatened Lozoya again by telling him 'going ahead or being in prison for five years' before the video was cut.
In an interview with N+ News Television on Monday, Lozoya explained that he eventually dropped the woman at her destination after he was advised to do this by his Uber representative.
“I really don't want this on another platform employee,” he said.
Lozoya added that the company is investigating how the video leaked.
“As a driver I don't have access to those videos,” he said. “Because I called my colleagues in the office, the girl I brought her to her destination demanded that the police would wait for us there.”
According to Article 247 of the Federal Criminal Act of Mexico, González could serve between four and eight years in prison if it is found guilty of making a false statement.
