The most reckless use of taxpayer-funds among the United States Agency for International Development was revealed when it was announced that the Bureau Tuition fees paid for a jihadist who later became a central Al Qaida figure.
Recently upright documents obtained by FOX News show that the controversial agency paid the tuition fees for Colorado State University in the American in American birth terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki's tuition fees before being killed in an American drone strike.
Copies of the June 1990 file, which was shared online, shows that USAID granted Al-Awlaki's request for an exchange visa after he was fraudulent that he was a Yemeni national.
The submission states that the help 'full financing' offered for Al-Awlaki as a J-1 learner because of his alleged status as a Yemeni citizen. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs aims J-1 fairs to overseas students who want visa in the short term.
Al-Awlaki, however, was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico with Yemeni parents. He was then raised in both the United States and in Yemen.
As soon as the authorities discovered the forgery, they issued an arrest warrant for Al-Awlaki in 2002 for fraud.
But public prosecutors later withdrawn the order, according to the research and archive institution of George Washington University, the National Security Archive.
The shocking revelation about free tuition fees comes in the midst of gross examples of USAID financing while President Trump moved to close the agency.

Al-Awlaki was eventually arrested in 2006 on suspicion of keeping terrorist ties, because the United States considered him a terrorist sympathizer.
He was released the following year from the prison in Yemen, after an official of Yemeni security claimed that he converted.
But in 2009 he was linked to a shooting in Fort Hood, as well as an attempt at bombing on a flight to Detroit on Christmas Day.
The Obama government eventually placed him on a goal list and authorized operations to catch or kill him.
