A female teacher in Texas has been arrested for having sex with a young boy.
Molly Colleen Spears, 35, had sex community with the male student at Barbers Hill High School on June 12, 2023, according to an arrest warrant seen by DailyMail.com.
This week she was accused of having an incorrect relationship with a student – a second -degree crime punishable with a maximum of 20 years in prison according to the Texas law.
Spears, from Baytown, located on the Bay tabs from Houston, 'involved in sexual contact and sexual intercourse' with the boy, according to her command.

Spears was charged on Saturday by a Grand Jury of Chambers County and arrested on Tuesday, when her lawyer said she had submitted in the local prison.
She was released from the prison house after having submitted a bond of $ 50,000.
Spears was previously mentioned as a high school language and art teacher. It is unclear what degree she served and whether the supposed victim was in her class.

The accused teacher stared straight ahead while he was wearing a striped shirt published by the prison in her booking photo shared by Chamber's County Sheriff's Office this week.
Barbers Hill ISD issued a statement about the Spears in June 2023 when she resigned from her position.

The lawyer of Spears, Christopher L. Tritico, has said that he does not know why the case took so long to go to court, but his client is looking forward to challenging the statement.
