Lindsay has not been guilty of the crimes and her defense team has indicated that they intend to prove that the mother of three had a psychotic breakdown that day and could not understand the consequences of her actions.
Her lawyer, Kevin Reddington, wrote in a notification how the defendant's statements about her mental situation will be trusted by the expert witnesses of the suspect, and the defendant plans to present a defense of a lack of criminal responsibility. '

Despite the horrible scene, Patrick claimed that his wife is 'not a monster', but simply someone 'fell ill'
