A Nigerian migrant whose claim for asylum in Great -Britain was rejected eight times, has finally been given the right to stay after he deliberately connected a terror group to stimulate her claim.

The 49-year-old woman, who comes from Nigeria, became involved with the indigenous people of Biafra “to create a claim for asylum,” said a judge.

The migrant came to the United Kingdom in 2011 and came to IPOB in 2017. It is a separatist group that has been blamed for acts of violence and has labeled a terrorist organization by Nigeria, but not in the UK.

Upper Tribunal Judge Gemma Loughran said that because the woman was part of the group, she has a 'well -founded fear of persecution' in her home country.

Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philip made the decision to grant asylum as a 'comically ridiculous' interpretation of the European Convention on people's rights.

It is the latter in a series of tribunal statements that can be used to pause deportations, or asylum can be granted under human rights laws.

The migrant said she was worried that she was arrested at the airport and 'disappeared' when she returned to her country, the Telegraph reported.

A lower standing judge originally rejected this claim due to a lack of evidence about its activities within the group.

Kemi Badenoch led a furious declaration of a 'crazy' court who ruled that a family of Gaza refugees in the UK should be admitted despite an application by a scheme for Ukrainians

Judge Iain Burnett ruled that the woman joined iPob 'to create a claim for asylum'.

But the Upper Tribunal Judge destroyed the decision and said it was likely that the woman would be identified as an activist on her return.

She ruled: 'It is clear from the country background certificate that the Security Services Act random and arrest, and hold on to those who think they can be involved in IPOB without an assessment of the size of their involvement or motivation .

'The profession is permitted on the basis of that [the Nigerian woman] Has a well -interrupted fear of persecution because of its allocated political opinion as a result of her involvement in IPOB in the UK. '

It comes in the midst of a return to a 'crazy' court who rules that a family of Gaza refugees must be admitted to the UK, despite the fact that he must apply for a scheme for Ukrainians.

Critics have warned that the decision of the immigration ribunal can open the locks for everyone in a conflict zone that applies for asylum.

Keir Starmer replied that he agreed that the statement was 'wrong' and that the government looked at the law.

The mother, father and four children between the ages of seven and 18 years had applied for the family scheme in Ukraine with the request to join their brother who already lived in the UK – who they had not seen for 17 years.

The case was initially rejected by the Home Office. But immigration judges have now destroyed that, based on the fact that human rights have been violated.

Mrs Badenoch continued her attack after PMQs, with Sir Keir a “lawyer is not a leader.”

They concluded that the rights of the applicants in a family life was struck, although they would not have counted as a 'unity' before the last flare conflict in Gaza.

At PMQ's, the Tory leader demanded whether the government intended to appeal. Mrs Badenoch said that the UK had to place 'our interests' above the 'Evir'.

This follows a statement that an Albanian criminal is partially allowed to stay in Britain because his son has 'aversion' for foreign chicken nuggets.

An immigration ribunal ruled that it would be 'unnecessary hard' for the 10-year-old boy to be forced to go back with his father because of his sensory problems with different types of food.

The judge admitted the father's appeal against deportation as a violation of his right to a family life as a result.

Albanian Kervis Disha, 39, came to the UK illegally in February 2001 when he was a 15-year-old child.

He came in a false name and claimed to be born in the former Yugoslavia. His asylum claim was rejected, but he assured British citizenship in 2007 after he had been given exceptional leave to stay and then indefinite leave.

In 2017 he was imprisoned for two years after he was caught at £ 250,000 cash.

Then Home Secretary Priti Patel ordered that he had to be deported to Albania and his British citizenship had to be stripped, but Disha appealed and was supported by a judge in an immigration ribunal.

The judge ruled that deportation would be unfair towards his son – only known as C – to stay in the UK and to be separated from his father, or to be forced to go with him to Albania.

It was said that C has 'sensory difficulties' with some clothing, such as socks, and certain types of food, which meant that he would 'refuse to do something'.

The 'additional' needs of the child were only supported by evidence of a trainee -education psychologist, a neighbor and a family friend.

There was no formal diagnosis of special educational needs, the Telegraph reported.

But he did have an educational plan to go with his “emotional regulations, independence; Read and write. '

Another judge in the upper tribunal did not agree with the assessment that the needs of the child could not be fulfilled if he was brought back to Albania.

The judge said that the only example why the boy could not go was that he will “not eat the kind of chicken nuggets that is available abroad.”

“We are not convinced that the addition of this only example is approaching everywhere near the level of hardness for a reasonable judge to find it 'unnecessary',” he said.

The case will be wrapped by another court to decide whether the consequences of deportation would be too loud for the 10-year-old boy. The case is underway.

A spokesperson for the home office said: 'Foreign nationals who commit horrible crimes must have no doubt that we will do everything we can to ensure that they are not free in the streets of Britain, including removal from the UK as quickly as possible.

“Since the elections we have removed 2,580 foreign criminals, an increase of 23 percent compared to the same period 12 months earlier.”

In another case, a migrant who raped a sleeping woman won an offer to stay in the UK after he would be in danger if he was deported to Jamaica because he is 'bisexual'.

The 41-year-old claimed that he did not know that had sex with a woman who was wrong.

The man, who was given anonymity for his own protection, was sentenced in 2018 to seven years in prison for rape at a party.

He was released in June 2021 and received a deportation warrant, where the Home Office burned him a 'danger to the community'.

But the migrant challenged this because he was subject to violence in his home country because of his sexuality and that is why he moved to the UK in 2018.

He told the tribunal that he was attacked with a 'metal beam, machete and dogs'.

The tribunal was also told that an older man with whom he was dating was killed because he was gay.

An expert said that the migrant would be a 'target' if he would return because of his sexuality – but the home office said there were only indications that he dating women in the UK.
