An unmanageable passenger who has wanted scenes on board a Qantas flight on board a Qantas flight will have no consequences for the court for his scandalous behavior.
Puri Siddawala, 30, caused chaos on Qantas Flight QF46 between Bali and Melbourne in December 2023 in which he asked a female cabin crew to 'give me a kiss' before jumping to them.
The moving test was recorded on the camera by terrified passengers, who feared that he would bring down the plane.
On Friday, Mr. Siddawala was free from the court of Melbourne Magistrates after the prosecutors had dropped all charges against him.
He was sued under the Crimes Aviation Act with assault on an airplane and making threats.
The Australian federal police officers boarded the plane when it arrived in Melbourne and brought him into custody.
The lawyer of Siddawala, high -profile Melbourne Criminal Lawyer George Balot, from Balot Reilly Criminal Lawyers, told the magistrate that his client had a serious mental state that had activated his kilometer -high Meltdown.
“This is a case that relates to automation and that was the reason for the withdrawal,” he said the court.

Puri Siddawala was confronted by a cabin crew member who warned him to sit down after he had stripped to another staff member and said: “Give me a kiss”
It is a condition that yields intrusive thoughts or verbal expressions without the intentional effort of the individual.
Siddawala had to be stopped by crew and passengers after attacking the staff on the flight, who left Denpasar on a Saturday night and landed in Melbourne the next day just before 7 a.m.
Witnesses told reporters when they believed that Mr. Siddawala had “gone crazy.”
Images of the shocking incident let him stand up from his chair and screamingly incoherent before he stated: “If you don't get away from me, I will f ***.”
He then dived to a stewardess and grabbed her by the arm as he said: “no no listening darling, give me a kiss.”
Another stewardess then rushed to the stage and told him to sit down.
“Now go down, go back,” she said.
Siddawala then fell from his standing position in the chair and started screaming for his parents.
A witness placed images on social media showing that Mr. Siddawala was held on the floor and surrounded by stewardesses, one of whom knelt on his back.

Puri Siddawala was held for hours by passengers and crew before he was taken away for a medical assessment at the landing in Melbourne
“He was still withheld after four hours. Everyone is safe. What a BL *** Y flight! “The witness said on Instagram.
He said that the staff had been 'great' in their efforts to keep Mr. Siddawala under control.
Other passengers said Mr. Siddawala was reportedly agitated, screaming and shouting before the incident took place.
By explaining the behavior of his client, Mr. Balot said that Mr. Siddawala wanted to apologize to the Qantas crew and passengers he has tormented.
“He wants to apologize, although he has no memory, he has looked at the images,” he said.
Mr. Balot said that his client also wanted to thank a 'good Samaritan' who had flee and tried to help Mr. Siddawala.
“He was a doctor … who stunned him,” said Mr. Balot.
“It was a very unhappy incident and he is extremely repentant for it.”
