Last night she came to fight for accusations that she was being investigated at her cost claims shortly before she left her job in the HBOS Bank customer relationships in 2009.
A BBC study reported that the bank launched an internal audit from Mrs. Reeves and two colleague managers after a whistleblower complained that they used their operating business accounts to 'finance a lifestyle'.
It is said that inappropriate expenses include lush dinners, taxis and gifts, also for each other.
In 2008, Mrs. Reeves would have bought a £ 152 handbag as a Christmas gift for her boss.
The boss, who signed Mrs. Reeves's claims, gave her a £ 55 wine gift the same Christmas.
Other purchases financed by costs by Mrs Reeves would have recorded perfume, jewelry and wine.

The Chancellor came to fight for individual allegations that she was investigated about her expenditure claims shortly before she left her job in the Hbos Bank customer relationships in 2009
Treasury sources said that the Chancellor was not aware of any research into her behavior at HBOs and that she left the bank on 'good conditions' when it was restructured after the financial crisis.
But Kemi Badenoch urged her to 'get clean'. The Tory leader said the investigation called 'serious questions'.
She added: “Keir Starmer said that” trusting in politics is the great test of our era “. Until she comes clean – not only about her CV, but also about the circumstances in which she left HBOs – nobody will be him take seriously.
Senior Labor MP Siobhain McDonagh referred to the accusations as a 'edition scandal' and urged the Chancellor to set the facts.
“As far as I know that she absolutely denies that she was approached by someone about the cost scandal,” she told the Live Show of the BBC.
Mrs. Reeves was confronted with Spot last year after it turned out that she had wrongly claimed to work as an economist at HBOs when she actually worked in customer service.
She has also repeatedly claimed 'for ten years as an economist at the Bank of England'.
But it originated that she had left the bank to work at HBOs in March 2006 – nine months earlier than mentioned on her LinkedIn profile.

Kemi Badenoch said that the investigation called 'serious questions' for the controversial Chancellor
Her time at the bank actually only included five and a half years, of which almost a year was spent on studying for a master's degree at the London School of Economics.
A spokesperson for the Treasury said that the wrong dates were the result of a mistake by a staff member and was corrected.
Mrs. Reeves would not have looked at her LinkedIn profile to ensure that it was correct, despite the controversy about it last year.
Sir Keir insisted that he had complete faith in the Chancellor and was not worried about her behavior from the past.
Asked if he felt comfortable with the Chancellor who seemed to overdo her relevant experience, he said: 'Rachel Reeves has tackled any problems.
“She delivered a very important budget for the country that balanced the books, gave us stability, that begins to see the interest rates fall, the mortgages that fall as a result of a part of the growth we need.”
But former Tory chairman Richard Holden said: 'You can claim that you worked somewhere ten years when you were there for five years. You can claim that you worked as an economist when you were a customer service manager … You can claim what you like, but the problem with which you are quickly confronted will be one of credibility.
“Rachel Reeves has lost her credibility and the fact that Sir Keir Starmer cannot see that his damages.”

The revelations came on a day on which official figures showed that the economy grew by only 0.1 percent in the last quarter of last year. The real GDP per head fell by 0.1 percent in the same period.
Mrs. Reeves, who turned 46 yesterday, is in charge of £ 1.2 trillion in government spending.
She has worked to project an economical image, including revealing that she is taking a packed lunch to work to save money.
But the BBC research paints a different picture of her time that works at HBOs, now part of Lloyds Banking Group.
The bank is said to have launched an 'internal audit' after a whistleblower had submitted a complaint of six pages, accompanied by dozens of pages with evidence, including receipts, about the behavior of Mrs. Reeves and two fellow managers.
In April 2009, the audit would have discovered that there was a case to answer. The following month, Mrs. Reeves and her boss left the bank. The third manager was on sick leave and did not return to the bank. Mrs. Reeves did not get any other job until she was chosen for Leeds West 12 months later as MP.
A Mrs. Reeves spokesperson said that she was “not aware of an investigation, nor was she interviewed, and she was not confronted with disciplinary measures about these or other things.”

Receipts that were seen by the BBC showed that Mrs. Reeves bought earrings for her dad, which she claimed at the costs.
Her dad, Linda Barrowclough, said she had received Christmas and birthday gifts from Mrs. Reeves, but had assumed that they were 'personal gifts [and] They would have come from her own pocket '.
Lloyds Banking Group said: “We don't comment on current or former employees.”
