A bus driver was sued after the death of a little girl who was run over and killed last summer.
Martin Asolo-Agogua, 23, was accused yesterday of causing death by careless driving in the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving while the medication limit.
Ada Bicakci died in the hospital on August 5, two days after she and her five-year-old brother were hit by a bus in Bexleyheath, Southeast London.
Ada, a British-Turkish subject, was taken to the hospital, but was seriously injured and died two days later. Her younger brother was also taken to the hospital as a precaution, but was later fired.
