An actor claimed that he was terminated as an assistant after he had warned NBCUIversal officials about suspected criminal activities involving a senior vice president.
Tyler Adkins, 27, did the allegations in a lawsuit that was tightened on Wednesday in La County Superior Court. The defendants include senior vice president of Universal Theatrical Group (UTG) Chris Herzberger and the then executive producer Marco Pennette.
Also mentioned was Vice President of Creative Development and Production at Universal Theatrical Group Lowe Cunningham, as well as NBCUIVERSAL. Universal Theatrical Group is the live theater department of the famous film studio.
Adkins was released on shows such as American horror stories and claims that he had a romantic relationship with Herzberger who started in 2021. It started with a meeting in an intimate La -restaurant, after which Herzberger reportedly demanded sex.
Reportedly, Adkins is obliged, after he was told that it would be good for his career. A refusal would be damaged, Herzberger claimed. Their relationship was said to last three years until the summer of last year.
During that period, when Adkins reportedly tried to end things, he claims that Herzberger would threaten to threaten him to be on the blacklist of the industry, which threatens retreat.

Senior Vice President of Universal Theatrical Group (UTG) Chris Herzberger is said to have gone to the actor in March 2021 for a meeting, after which they started a romantic relationship for three years
Adkins, who was hired in April as an assistant to the former Ugly Betty producer Pennette, says he then went to the police and brought them screenshots.
A few days later, researchers reportedly asked him to bring in Herzberger's mobile phone – a task that the actor found almost impossible.
He claims that he decided to report what he had found in the Human Resources department of NBC Universal so that they could take the phone themselves.
Shortly thereafter, Adkins fell victim to a ruthless retailing campaign through the hands of [the] Defendants, “is claimed.
Before it started, however, one Detective is said to have said Adkins told that he 'had kicked a Hornet's nest' with NBC Universal with his strategy.
On 19 June, the public member of the Los Angeles Adkins police said that the company had called the department to demand 'that they will solve the investigation with Mr. Herzberger immediately, “the suit says.
The same day LAPD was ordered to search Herzberger's house and to grab his phone, laptop and iPad.
Within a few days, Adkins received a phone call from Herzberger's underlying Cunningham, who told him he was being fired, the suit claims.

The suit claims that during the call, Cunningham recognized the unfortunate situation of Adkins – called it 'unfair', whereby the actor is 'additional damage'.
When he noticed that it was against the law to end someone to report illegal behavior, he was told that the decision was a budgeting problem, the court case claims.
On this point, Adkins claims that he pointed out how a budget allocation already existed for his employment, after he was told the official reason for his resignation, was financially.
Cunningham is said to have warned the claimant to be 'very careful' or to make the risk of making 'powerful enemies' in Hollywood before hung.
Lisa Noveck, one of the lawyers who deals with Adkins case, told DailyMail.com That the accusations in the court case claim to be reprehensible behavior in which Mr Adkins report what he understood as sexual behavior with children. '
'[He was] Redundant to make this report almost immediately afterwards. Our goal is to pursue this issue and to get justice for all involved. '
Adkins also claims that under Pennette he was deliberately wrongly classified as an independent contractor.
Yet he would have performed non-exempt tasks for months on the writer/producer's Beck and Call, with what was not a supervision.

He is the senior vice president of the company, but is not mentioned on a recent sec request for death, becomes her, on which he worked. His name was also omitted from an NBCUIversal article about the show in August

Adkins is looking for non -specific compensatory, punitive and other damage to the alleged violations, of which his lawyers said
Adkins claims that both NBC Universal and Pennette have made no effort to correct him correctly for all the hours worked, which were paid only $ 500 a week, while the promised 40 hours regularly exceeded and work through meals and rest breaks.
Adkins is looking for non -specific compensatory, punitive and other damage to the alleged violations, of which his lawyers said, include sexual battery, retribution, quid pro quo quo sexual harassment, hostile working environment, abuse and other violations.
Regarding Herzberger's involvement in the universal theatrical group, it is said that he is the senior vice president of the company, but is not mentioned on a recent SEC application for death, on which he worked.
His name was also omitted from an NBCUIversal article in August about the show, in which only Cunningham was mentioned.
Dailymail.com has contacted NBCuniversal, Herzberger, Cunningham and Pennette for comment. The suit is currently being assigned a case number, lawyers said for the plaintiff.
