Nigel Farage can take criminal charges against Natwest for 'Debanking him' as the reform UK leader called the Saga 'Unfinished Business'.
The MP for Clacton investigates the feasibility of a private criminal case against the banking group, De Telegraaf reported.
A scandal broke out in June 2023 when the Private Bank Coutts, the eighth oldest bank in the world, closed the Reform UK Leader's account.
The financial institution, which is part of the Natwest group and whose customers many members of the British royal family include, claimed that Farage was not met the suitability criteria after the expiry of his mortgage.
But Privé had put together the exclusive bank a file of 40 pages in which the 'considerable reputation risks to be associated with him'.
The report concluded that the views of Farage 'were at odds with our position as an inclusive organization'.
The then CEO of Natwest Dame Alison Rose resigned after she admitted that she had discussed the details of the Farage bank account with a BBC journalist.
She said the BBC inaccurately that Farage's bills were concluded because they had insufficient money.

Dame Alison then apologized at Farage and the bank approached him with an offer to restore his account.
The former Coutts CEO Peter Flavel was also forced to take off the Debanking scandal and acknowledged that their treatment of Mr Farage 'had fallen under the high standards of the bank of personal service'.
But with Sky News, Farage said that he called in lawyers to investigate the possibility of a criminal prosecution against the bank, and added: “This is unfinished things.”
Grosvenor Law, who already represents him in his civil proceedings against Natwest, is now investigating the grounds for a private criminal case.
Dan Morrison, a partner at Grosvenor Law, said in a separate explanation: 'Mr. Farage is concerned about possible criminal issues that result from the behavior of the bank.
'We do not want to provide any further details. We have therefore decided to instruct the leading criminal counselor. '
A spokesperson for Natwest Group said, “We don't comment on individual customers.”
