Sydney's Family Court Bomber Leonard Warwick died in the prison who died while serving three lifelong penalties for killing a judge, the wife of a judge and a church visitor.
The 78-year-old was declared dead in Long Bay Hospital on Friday around 10.45 am and a report is being drawn up for the coroner.
Warwick was convicted in July 2020 of 20 offenses with regard to six terrible crimes committed in Sydney between February 1980 and July 1985.
Those atrocities include the shooting murder of Justice David Opas and the bomb -related murders on Pearl Watson, wife of Justice Raymond Watson.
Warwick was also convicted of killing Graham Wykes, who died in an explosion in a Jehovah's Witness Hall.
Justice Peter Garling imposed three lifelong penalties in September 2020 to the former firefighter, finding the crime involved was of the highest level for every murder.
“The behavior of the perpetrator was calculated, violent and hateful,” he said.
Justice Garling also described the crimes as 'evil' and attacks on Australian democracy.

The so-called Bomber of Family Court conducted a campaign of extreme violence against those he believed to act on him in his vast dispute with his ex-wife Andrea Blanchard.
In addition to the three murders, Warwick turned out to have bombed the house of Justice Richard Gee with the intention of killing him.
He also bombarded the courthouse in Parramatta and placed a car bomb in the previous house of Mrs. Blanchard's lawyer.
Justice Opas was shot when he answered the doorbell, just when his family sat down for dinner.
Pearl Watson said goodbye to her husband when a bomb exploded at their front door.
Graham Wykes died and 13 people were seriously injured when a bomb tore apart the Jehovah's witness hall. Congregation members had supported the ex-wife of Warwick.
