A parking space in Posh West -London has come on the market for no less than £ 165,000 – but that is not all that a happy driver will have to pay.
Located on an exclusive street in Chelsea, the shocking expensive space is available for renting for £ 8,500 a year, or to buy for £ 165,000.
But those who are willing to work out such an amount must also pay a service costs of £ 850 a year to use the location.
Recorded by Nicolas van Patrick, a real estate agents located in Knightsbridge and Chelsea, the parking space is located in a 'gated covered park' and comes with a 'retail space'.
“We are very pleased to offer the market safe, assigned parking spaces in this discrete chelsea -parking garage,” reads the Rightmove list.
“Spaces are available on a multispace or individual basis, for sale and rental.”
The Posh Street on which the parking space is located, the terrace of St Leonard, is dazzling, with the average price of a house on the road that sells around £ 2,300,000 in the past year.
Earlier in 2020, that average asking price increased to £ 7,925,000.
However, the Chelsea -based parking space is not the first in the capital to reach the market for an almost incredible sum.
