A transmigrant wanted by ICE was arrested after he reportedly stalked and raped a 14-year-old boy in New York City.
Nicol Suarez, 30, the boy would have followed a bathroom on Tuesday in Thomas Jefferson Park in East Harlem on Tuesday, the police told DailyMail.com.
The boy reportedly left the bathroom and marked witnesses, who called the police, according to a source that reported the New York Post.
Suarez was arrested on Wednesday and accused of rape and stalking of the first degree, according to the police.
