Almost £ 50,000 was picked up to keep a young mother and her baby in the house who was building her fiancé for eight months before he died.
Plumber Jack Guilfoyle, 30, worked 'day and night' and renovation of the first house that he and partner Tiff Randall, 26, bought together.
But only two months after withdrawal, Jack died of complications after a heart surgery – which he had delayed because of the work at the house.
Because of his existing medical condition, Jack was unable to get life insurance, which means the primary school teacher, Tiff, who is currently on maternity leave, has difficulty paying the mortgage alone.
Jack's Uncle Jeremy Guilfoyle, 56, however, founded a GoFundMe appetite for support TIFF and her 12-week old daughter, Hazel, to stay in the house, Jack had put so much work.
And in just three days, the fundraiser has already collected more than £ 47,000 – enough to cover the mortgage for almost three years.
Jeremy described the young couple, who had known each other since school and began to date in 2016 and to deal with 2022, as 'True Soul Mats'.
Jack and Tiff, who were planning to get married this summer, bought the £ 267,000 terrace house in Wareham, Dorset and moved in just before Christmas after the birth of their daughter, Hazel, in November.

Instead of preparing for their wedding, TIFF must arrange Jack's funeral after his death on 6 February, seven days after a heart surgery.
Jack's mother Vivien also had a similar heart condition and was diagnosed when she was 50 before she died in 2017 at the age of 61.
He was undergone his first major heart surgery in July 2023 after he had become unwell and discovered that he had an aorta rootaeurysm.
The operation went well and he made a good recovery, allowing the couple to buy their first home before Baby Hazel was born in November.
Jack worked at the house every moment to get it off with his brother and friends – even to postpone his next heart surgery to get it done.
Jeremy, 56, said that the mortgage payments for the Dorset house are £ 1,337 a month and they initially wanted to raise enough to cover at least a year or two that they have already reached.

Thanks to the work of Jeremy, who helps Jack's' last wish 'to be realized, Tiff said:' I am so grateful to our family for organizing this to help us keep the house that Jack has worked so incredibly difficult for us to take care of it.
“I know his last wish was that we have a home for our beautiful daughter and I can't wait to share all the wonderful memories that I have with her in it.”
In the ideal case, Jeremy said he hopes that TIFF can pay the mortgage in full, so that she didn't have to worry about this.
“Tiff is clear in Bits,” he said.
'She has a strong network and a lot of emotional support, but financially she left everything to Jack.
'The aim of this fundraising is to raise money directly for TIFF, so that she and Baby Hazel can stay in the house that Jack has worked so hard to build for them.
'Ideally, I would like them to be able to pay off the mortgage so that she does not have to worry.
'I want her to have the position that a new mother would have if a father died with a life insurance policy. I know that if I died tomorrow, my family is good because I have a life insurance policy, but TIFF cannot have that. '

'Jack was operated on in 2023, it was a serious operation, but he made a good recovery and he and Tiff were planning for the future.
“A few months ago he started to feel a bit unwell again and recognized the plates. They did a few tests and found proof of internal bleeding.
“He went to a second operation, it was no more serious than what he had the first time.
'But once they started working, they discovered much more damage than they expected – he was operated on for 18 hours.
“He was put on a living and after five days they started to take him gradually to see if his body would come into effect and for a very short period that did, his heart hit himself, but it just couldn't handle it.
'The hospital was fantastic, the level of worry that I cannot accuse.

Jeremy also told how hard Jack had worked to transform the house for his fiancée and daughter.
“When he bought the house, it was a mess. Jack and his brother and friends spent all their free time doing, “his uncle added.
'In recent months he knew he needed an operation again and he postponed it a bit because he was determined to get the house off and to get Tiff and Hazel for Christmas.
“It was so important to him to know that he had done that. I think he was more aware of his mortality than the rest of us.
'The point of the campaign is about giving TIFF that long -term support. Because of his medical condition, Jack could not get a life insurance policy.
'I can't believe the answer, I've never done this before and I stay refreshing and it keeps going up.
'I know that Tiff is very grateful for everything that everyone does. It is a brutal situation. '
