A pub parrot with a dirty mouth has disturbed the springs of the locals after picking up their bad language.
The bird used to be shy, but now swears and tells customers 'that you are blocked' in the Clifton Hotel in Cardiff – often while stealing the bumps of their bobble hats.
Rio, a two-year-old South American Macaw, is happy to announce his presence through a series of obscenities in Gokkers in Squawn.
The pet lives at the Howllady of the Clifton since he was a chick and taught his X-rated chat from Stustgasten.

The Hospital Kerry Chapman of the Clifton Hotel, 53, said: 'Rio greets people when they come in, but he says they have to finish f ***.

Mrs. Chapman bought Rio from a pet shop when he was six weeks old and took him to Adamsdown when she became the Hospita of the Clifton two years ago.
