But viewers are completely not impressed and go to social media to register their shock with the unused property.
They wrote: 'I feel really bad for those who live here, it is incredibly bad for your health and the traces will be so deep in the wood and the plaster.
'The whole thing will have to be returned to bare brick. It is unsaleable. '
Another said: 'This would fit a blind person without smell power, no feeling of touch and unable to assess the temperature. Also perfect for someone who does not want to last much longer and wants to be in a coma. '
Others quickly criticized the 'idiotic' description of the broker, where one person wrote: “I think the agent must have inhaled too many mildew tracks or delusions or both -” attractive and hospitable atmosphere “?”

It comes as 60% of the English inhabitants have reported in their homes, according to research from January this year by comparison service USWITCH.
And eight out of ten of the local authorities with the most fungal complaints came from London, with Haringey, Hammersmith and Fulham and Lambeth claim the top three places.
A spokesperson for the USWITCH said: 'This problem includes all types of homes, from owned houses (43%) to private property rented property (28%), and even local authority (16%) and housing association (12%).
“Almost everyone who said they experienced fungus also stated that paying for sufficient heating was a fight at that time.”
MailOnline has only contacted Moovin for comment.
But this moldy nightmare is not the first of its kind.
A few whose new -build house 'was full of fungus' from the moment they moved in the purchase of real estate was 'the greatest regret of our lives'.
Leo and Fiona Maguire, 38 and 36, were locked up in a year battle with Linden Homes to resolve the damp and fungal problems in their £ 419,000 house in Axminster, Devon.

The house has now been returned to a bare board without a kitchen or bathrooms and all sanitary facilities and electricity have been removed
They say that there are countless examples of 'bad craftsmanship' throughout the house and the couple still have to return to the building until all these problems are solved
The couple moved to the building after it was completed in May last year, but was forced to return to their previous house only three months later after finding fungus behind the planning boards in every room.
Mr Maguire said that the required work would probably take another year to complete, because the house had been returned to a bare board without a kitchen or bathrooms and all the sanitary facilities and electricity removed.
He claims that Linden Homes' customer service had been 'terrible' and is now trying to bring the developer back to buy back the property from him and his wife.
Maguire said: 'We are desperate, furious and frustrated about the whole thing and that is probably an understatement. You probably can't put into words how incompetent they have been as a company.
“It was an absolute disaster and the biggest regret of our lives. Their communication and customer service has been terrible and that would overwrite it. '
For the first time, the Maguires noticed the fungal problems in the first few weeks, after they had seen it on their kitchen cabinets and around the plinth plates.
Then it became visible in other rooms in the house when the fungus grew around the corners of their carpets, their wallpaper cracked and ruined their clothes.
Mr Maguire said: 'We had moisture and mold within the first few weeks after moving.

Mr. Maguire removed each plirt board in the house and discovered that every room that was covered with mold against a brick wall
'We have noticed it in the kitchen cabinets and under the kitchen. We removed the plinth from the kitchen and the skirting boards were absolutely full of mold.
'You could see it trying to reach the top. Where the paint was cracked at the top of the skirting board, you saw it wanting to get out.
'We also had mold around the edge of our carpets in our bedroom.
“It also went on our clothes. We had trainers who leaned against a plirt board because we didn't have a wardrobe yet and it was all on the back of the trainers. '
Mr Maguire then decided to remove each plirt board in the house and discovered that every room that was covered with mold against a brick wall.
'It was absolutely strewn with mold, so we finally took all the plinth plates in the entire house and every skirting board that was against a brick external wall.
Every room that was against a brick was hit, “he said.
