The NFL regrets choosing Kendrick Lamar above Lil Wayne for this year's Super Bowl work time in New Orleans, is reportedly admitted a League employee.
The performance of Kendrick at Caesars Superdome led to the controversy last weekend, with some fans who burned the 'The worst super bowl-half-time show' during the 40-22 victory of the Philadelphia Eagles on the Chiefs of Kansas City.
To add to the controversy, the rapper was not 'chosen for the performance prior to the resident of New Orleans, Lil Wayne, who is reportedly received an apologetic letter from the NFL when the choice was announced last year.

NFL leaders now want to go to future rest choices to have a closer bond with the place, the city or the state where the Super Bowl is being held.

Another NFL employee was quoted that the decision to let Kendrick perform during the break was the 'wrong', while he promised not to make the same mistake again in the future.
In anticipation of Super Bowl Lix, Lil Wayne's good friend Skip Bayless revealed that the NFL 'immediately' had sent an apologetic letter after he announced that Kendrick would make the half -time show in the Big Easy show.
Bayless said on his YouTube show: 'The NFL immediately sent Wayne an apologetic letter. From no one in particular, only from the competition on NFL letterhead.
'A letter that thanked him for his years of supporting the competition, not only the packers, his favorite team, but supporting and promoting the NFL, in general that he has.
