Tiger Woods made his first public appearance since the death of his mother Kultida on Sunday and joined Kai Trump during a PGA Tour golf event in California.
Woods has held a low profile since his beloved mother passed 12 days ago and withdrew from the Genesis tournament that he is organizing in San Diego this weekend.
Earlier in the week he was still considering flying to La Jolla for the conclusion of the tournament, trying to come to terms with the death of Kultida.
And he held his word on Sunday, even in his traditional Sunday red and dark sunglasses while he walked to the clubhouse next to the President's granddaughter Kai.
Kai Trump, 17, has been to Torrey Pines for the entire tournament and ran the track with Rory Mcilroy for a practice round earlier this week.
She was back on Sunday and walked along alongside golf legend Woods, who looked bleak when he first appeared this month.

Woods managed to go out last week and play golf and join President Trump and his son Charlie for a practice round behind closed-through last Sunday.
Trump then immediately flew to New Orleans to look at the Super Bowl, while Woods is supposed to stay in his house in Florida while he kept mourning.
Woods was initially established to compete in this week's Genesis Invitational – which is managed by his foundation and had to be moved from Riviera in Los Angeles to Torrey Pines in San Diego.
“I was planning to make it this week, but I'm just not ready,” Woods said in a statement on X on Monday.
“I did my best to prepare, knowing that this is what my mother had wanted, but I still process her loss.”
The 15-way winner was extremely close to his mother, who saw him stand up to win the Masters as a 21-year-old in 1997, conquered the game in an era of ruthless dominance before he was a scandal that cost him his first marriage and millions in approval.
She was present in the crowd in Florida last week when Woods, 49, played in the TGL against Rory Mcilroy on January 27.
In the meantime, Kai will soon go to the University of Miami to continue her turnout in the golf world, and earlier this week it was reported that she already has a NIL valuation of $ 1.2 million before she touches a single ball.

She is currently a senior at the Benjamin School in North Palm Beach, Florida, but announced her effort last year.
Miami has one of the best golf programs in the US, which previously wins a national championship and Trump will become the new star of the school.
In August she said: 'I am more than enthusiastic about announcing my verbal dedication at the University of Miami.
“I want to thank my mother, Vanessa, and my father, Don for always supporting my journey.”
