A group of civil fathers come together to 'police' area where teenager Leo Ross was murdered last month.
The men say they are sick by the state of Hall Green in Birmingham after killing 12-year-old Leo Ross, who was stabbed on January 21 and later died in the hospital.
They also say that the area has become lawless and too little and points to the fact that the teenager accused of the murder of Leo was also sought for four serious attacks against women in the area.
Organizer Reece Chisholm, 37, said: 'We will not use violence. All we want to do is what the police don't do.
“They told us that this area would be better controlled after the murder of Leo, so how is it that there is a man who masturbates on the bottom of Chinn Brook, scares women and gets away with it.”
A function about the flashes caused Mr. Chisholm, who describes himself as a reformed criminal who now runs a garden company to make a call for other men in the area to join him with patrols.
“Calling all men in the Hall Green Area, please let us get a team from us and we would like to take the best care of the vulnerable people and the children in our area.”
He was soon at the head of a father's army and he is convinced that they will grow in number.

Mr. Chisholm, who describes himself as a reformed criminal and now runs a garden company, has made a call for other men in the area to join him with patrols
He said: “I want this to be done well. We will not be racist, we have men of all religions and colors and I have been in contact with a municipal councilor to tell him what we are planning to do.
'This team will only escalate and I will push it to get bigger and bigger. There will be no violence.
'We will make the arrests of citizens with reasonable strength. The police will not come out, so I will put them in my car and take them to the station themselves.
'There will be groups of ours at different times and on different days.
'After 8 p.m. every evening the older people cannot walk through the streets – they feel vulnerable.
'If the elderly know that there are a group of boys from the area looking forward to them, they will feel safer.
'We will knock on the doors of the elderly earlier in the day and introduce ourselves.

“We will have name badges that identify us, we have body cameras for our own protection, Walkietalkies.”
To illustrate his direct approach, Mr. Chisholm, a father of eight children between the ages of 15 and three, said: 'I let my children maintain contact with other children to see if there are problems at home and they come back and tell It me.
“I was told that a father kept beating his child, so I spoke with him in the playground and I told him.
“I told him that if it went on, I would have to report him.
'My children are my princes and princesses. I take care of them and then they will take care of me when I am old. It is as it should be. '
Few who live in Hall Green would describe it as one of the worst neighborhoods of Birmingham, but just like the rest of the city, is the occupied litter and crime.
Chisholm says he sees, 'rats as large as beavers' and helps older residents to keep their front gardens free of waste.

Chisholm said: 'When I was a child, we had a community center where we would all play pool and football from the back.
'We had Solihull Lodge, another center for children. These places are now expired.
“It's worse. We need community centers to help us guard the children and residential schools for disabled children, so that parents get a break.
'Hall Green is not the worst place in Birmingham, but it goes like that. We don't want it to be like Sparkhill, Sparkbrook or Handworth.
“We have to protect the vulnerable people in our area.”

The 40-year-old mother-of-three was left facial scars for life by her ex-partner who was sentenced to five years in prison.

'This little girl, who is 11, went to the local store and told them she didn't want to go home because her mother's partner keeps coming in and touches me.

“He is a well -known predator. He was only recently caught with a 13-year-old girl in his car.
“I've been reporting that man for 14 years now. He has ruined my face, he focuses on little girls and he is still there.
'The police and social services know everything, but they do nothing. Apparently he has a tag on his foot with alcohol. It's a joke. '

“They wanted her to remove her swimming costume. My daughter keeps repeating what they said.
“When I said something to their mother, she called me a white snail.
“They destroyed a memorial that I had in my garden for my grandson, but the police said it was only £ 800, so it was not as a criminal damage.
'They have placed cameras on their house and look in my garden, but they seem to be unassailable. We are nervous wrecks. '
Chisholm said he had previously been involved in a pedophile hunting group called Innocence Matters.
“We caught four or five and the police did what they had to do, but only one was sentenced to prison because he had done it five times before.”
He added: 'Compared to when I grew up, many more thefts happen. The police have committed the streets better in the 90s and 1990s than now.
'Although they now have more technology, there is simply less.
'You get a man who walks in a pub and asks for the cash register, commits a low theft and he gets four and a half years and yet you get a man who rages and rap and get a suspended punishment.
“Things have to change. I am not against someone, I am here to help everyone. '
