A boy was rushed to the hospital after he has been brought down by a car in the west of Sydney.
Emergency services responded at 8.40 am on the SCHEE on North Liverpool Road, Mount Pritchard.
The young boy suffered serious injuries to his limbs, chest, pelvis and head. He was brought to the Westmead Hospital in critical condition for further treatment.
A witness reported that the female driver shouted of horror after reporting the boy.
“I saw this lady, she hit the child on the road, he went to school,” another witness told the media.
A woman was accompanied in a police vehicle after the incident.
