Farthing on his journey on social media, Juresic said: 'Thirty years ago I arrived in Australia as a 15-year-old refugee with my mother, dad and brother.
'We were just grateful for safety, clean water, electricity and food on the table. Australia gave us the chance for a great life and I heartily embraced it.
“During these 30 years I have experienced ups and downs, hard work, laughter, happiness and the joy of building and leaving two companies, along with many successful companies that we have today.”
Mr. Juresic also offered some advice for other young Aussies in the hope of making progress.
“The most important lessons I have learned are to remain faithful to yourself, to trust a few and believe that anything is possible,” he said in an interview with Job App Getahead.

A Getahead -Interviewer approached real estate Millionaire Emil Juresic to ask about his career
“With a strong spirit and big dreams you can achieve everything, even starting with nothing.”
He also said that the university is not the right way for every young Aussie.
'I am absolutely not as trained as some people.
'University, I think, is good for people; One of the things they will get out of it is discipline – they have to start something and finish it.
“But everything I have made so far has been crazy.”
Mr. Juresic said that young Aussies can learn valuable lessons from everyone they meet in their daily lives.
'Who you meet every day, even if you talk to someone who is not a good person, what can you learn from him or her? Well, how not to be like them.
“So for me,” mentor “is every person I meet every day.”
