A missing four -year -old girl was found in a Walmart in Florida after the police responded to her house and discovered that her mother had been shot dead.
Seraphina Gingles was abducted on Sunday by her 44-year-old father Nathan Gangles after he killed her mother Mary, 34, and a man trying to help her.
Officers responded to Mary in Tamarac, near Fort Lauderdale, after calling on a shooting on Sunday morning.
Once on the spot, researchers realized that Gingles had kid Seraphina after allegedly committed the murders.
Seraphina and went to go hours later at a Walmart parking place.
The girl was not injured and Nathan was arrested and accused of murder.

Ferrin's grieving family told NBC Miami that Mary van Door to Door had gone for help and was shot when he answered the door.

“A woman was in the neighborhood who knocked on real doors, and my cousin who was at home happened to open the door for her,” Ferrin's uncle told the outlet.
Giungles is accused of three counts of murder in the first degree. It is not clear where the third charge comes from.
A police -dive team was searched in the Tamarac district on Monday. NBC reported that the search is connected to the case.

Gingles and Seraphina's mother Mary had gone through a divorce and he was under a domestic order of violence, as reported by the Miami Herald.
Mary claimed in the petition that both she and Seraphina were physically abused by Gingles.
The deceased mother said Seraphina in court was once forced to watch while Gingles Mary dragged up the stairs while he was in a chokehold.

She also accused Gangles of singing 'Songs about killing his wife'.
Mary's lawyer and loved ones have called the tragedy pointless and blamed that they could not protect her.
“It should not be on this point. The system must be resolved, “Mary's friend Lupita told NBC Miami.
“That is where my frustration comes in, because loved ones … look at all the lives affected because of the action of one person.”
