A summer campler tries to get £ 300,000 compensation because they are brought down when a maximum of 100 children accused her during a game of British Bulldog.
Elizabeth Parkin, 45, said it meant that she was without work for about four months with a serious leg injury – which meant that she needed a weak and possibly a knee replacement, the Supreme Court heard.

Up to 100 children accused of MS Parkin-a pastoral lead a year on a Bournemouth Secondary School while her back was turned around, in a mocking competition in August 2023, as reported by the Sun.
It happened in a summer camp where she was working in Bradfield College, a public cost and day school for 13-to-18 year olds in Reading.
She said that the collision on a hockey field at the Berkshire School marks a failure of health and safety of the owners of Euro Sports Camps.
Mrs. Parkin said that a colleague organized the game 'without risk assessment'.
She came to the field while the game was paused and let her go back to the action – so she was surprised when a large group of children started running towards her.

She said she still has pain in her left knee and bone.
