The Sister Justice of Teddi Mellencamp has been opened about the pain of seeing a beloved suffering while they updated fans on her brother or sister after her recent brain tumor operation.
Justice, 40, shared a heartbreaking photo of her at the bed of Teddi, while the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 43, slept while he was connected to various tubes.
The photo seemed to have been taken after Teddi underwent surgery to have tumors removed from her brain last week.
The image contained an emotional message from Justice, where she called her sister the “strongest person” she knew – while she recognized the pain in which she was.
“Looking at a loved one is terrible,” she wrote. 'I tried to return to everyone who has contacted and I know that Teddi will share her journey when she is ready. She is by far the strongest person I know.
'As many emotions as I travel home today, but her village is the best I have ever seen and I am so grateful for them (prayer hands emoji). Your prayers are everything. Thank you.'

Justice and Teddi are the daughters of singer John Mellencamp and his ex-wife Victoria Granucci. John has a total of five children from three different relationships.
Last week Teddi revealed that she would undergo emergency operation to remove tumors on her brain after they recently discovered them.
In a statement on her Instagram, Teddi revealed that the tumors were discovered after 'a few weeks' of 'serious and debilitating headache'.
The Bravo -Aluin revealed that she would have two tumors removed that day, with the remaining 'smaller tumors' to 'be treated via radiation at a later time'.
Her brain tumors were discovered only three years after Teddi announced that at her the diagnosis of stage II melanoma – the most dangerous form of skin cancer. She has undergone a total of sixteen procedures to remove the melanomas.
Although it is unclear which type of tumor has been discovered, skin cancer can spread to the brain and cause brain tumors, known as brain metastasis.
'In recent weeks I have had to deal with serious and debilitating headaches. Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization, “Teddi said in her statement.
'After a CT scan and MRI, doctors found several tumors on my brain, which they believed they have grown for at least 6 months.

'Two of the tumors will be surgically removed today – the remaining smaller tumors will be treated via radiation at a later date.
'I am blessed to be surrounded by my children, family, friends, doctors, nurses and surgeons who do everything possible to get better health again.
“Thank you everyone who has contacted, and to everyone who supported me during this trip.”

Edwin, 47, and Teddi are currently separating after 13 years of marriage and three children Slate, 12, Cruz, 10 and Dove, four. Teddi is also the stepmother of Edwin's daughter Bella, 15, from an earlier relationship.
But the founder and CEO of Skyline Security Management still hurried to be at the bed of the reality TV star while underwent an emergency operation after years of struggle with skin cancer.
“Everything I will say now is that the operation went well,” Arroyave wrote in a social media post Thursday.
'That said, I have never seen @teddimellencamp so much pain. She finally gets something necessary. I know she is so grateful for the outpouring of love. '
