The youngest murderer of Australia ever who killed the little girl next door will be secretly released from the prison next month, after his last taste of freedom ended in more sinister circumstances within a few days.
The child murderer is now 37 years old, but can only be called SLD for legal reasons after he killed Toddler Courtney Morley-Clarke on the NSW Central Coast in 2001.
The teenager at the time was branded a sexual psychopath and the shocking attack was compared to the murder of Jamie Bulger by two 10-year-olds in the UK in 1993.
His identity is dressed in mystery, but after he was last released on conditional release in September 2023, he was quickly thrown back behind bars after just a few weeks.
The police dived when they were tipped, he approached women with young children on Bulli Beach in Wollongong, NSW and claimed that he wanted a date.
He also appeared to have online access to pornography and psychologists warned that he had been obsessed with losing his virginity after growing up in prison.
The murderer will now face a new conditional hearing on 11 March, but his location and identity will remain a judicial secret all his life, even if he is released.

Courtney Morley-Clarke was only three years old when she was murdered in 2001 by her 13-year-old neighbor

Just like James Bulger's Killers Jon Venables (left) and Robert Thompson, SLD was given a new identity and his anonymity protected
At the time of his conviction, Judge James Wood compared the murder of Little Courtney with the murder of two -year -old Jamie Bulger by Robert Thompson and Jon Venables.
Bulger was tortured and killed when the 10-year-olds kidnapped him outside a store, but just like SLD they got anonymity at the time because of their young age.
And just like SLD, Venables also had access to porn after his release on conditional release In 2001 and was thrown back into prison.
Venables was then put back in prison in 2010 when he was caught with indecent images of a child.
SLD was planned for possible conditional release in December 2024, but his release was delayed after Justice Mark Ierace ordered two urgent psychiatric studies.
Their findings will be presented to the hearing of the conditional provision in March after the expiry of his interim detention warrant.
SLD was adopted at the age of four by a family in Point Clare on the central coast, but his murder process heard that he was 'disturbed' despite his new house.
At the age of 13 and 10 months he took Courtney out of her bed in the middle of the night and stuck her through the heart before he left her body in a long grass at just 300 meters from her house.

He was caught after it was noted that he was missing on the morning of his own house that the three -year -old disappeared.
He initially lied about the crime and led the police search on a wild goose yacht before he later admitted that he killed her.
Psychiatric assessments of the teenager determined that he would never become a functioning social adult.
He was convicted in August 2002 to 20 years behind the bars, but was first released in September 2023.
Only weeks later he was arrested again for violating the conditions of his release when he spoke with three women with children.
On October 25, SLD went to Bulli Beach at Wollongong with a supervisor and was noticed by an off-duty prison officer who noticed his electronic monitoring class.
The officer witnessed SLD approached a woman with a young girl and then approached another mother who washing a baby on the beach showers.
Both women picked up their children and walked away from SLD.
Then he entered the Bulli Beach Café and started a conversation with a woman who fed a baby.
After I reportedly said to the woman: 'I just got out of prison. Do you often come here? “He then said,” I've only been here twice. “
The police arrived and arrested SLD, who told Wollongong the local court the next day that the meetings were “incidental.”

He was found guilty of one counting of non -compliance with an extensive supervisory order that forbade him to have contact with children.
He also tried to get access to internet, dating sites and coded chat apps.
Authorities believe that SDL is a high risk of recurrence because of his obsession with finding a friend to start a sexual relationship after he has been locked up behind bars for more than 20 years
A psychiatrists noticed that the murderer was busy with sex and fixed on immediately losing his virginity in his release, and said he was a danger to women.
After a recent hearing at the NSW Supreme Court, Justice Ierace did not give orders about whether SLD would be kept in prison.
Instead, he expanded his interim detention and ordered two psychologist or psychiatrists to conduct the independent investigations.
