An Albanian human smuggler who jumped on bail and fled to Spain was imprisoned with his hang after he has been delivered back to the VK.
Arsen Feci, 49, from Nottingham, was convicted after an investigation by the National Crime Agency after a coastguard plane migrants was removed from a small boat in Joss Bay in the early hours of 9 October 2022.
After he was arrested and appeared before a court in March 2023, he was saved but fled to Spain and avoided officers until August last year.
But he was arrested again and after extradition to the UK he is now imprisoned
Feci, accompanied by Banet Tershana, Klodian Shenj, Jetmir Myrtaj and Desmond Rice, used the same place for another intersection later on October 23.
During all this, Feci contacted Shenj and Rice, a British subject, who met him on October 12, arranging for a second boat called Aquaholic.
Rice then moved the boat from Poole to Brightlingsa Marina in Colchester, in Essex.
Officers discovered that Feci was responsible for buying equipment for small boat transitions with CCTV that showed him that he bought things from Halfords and source 'staff' to make the crossing.

On October 22, while the 49-year-old was under supervision, he traveled back to Brightlingsa with Rice and Shenj.
However, the group had problems with the seaworthiness of the boat, which the group delayed in their attempts and the boat was moored from the main march.
Feci also bought an inflatable kayak, two paddles and a pump in Nottingham before they travel to London to meet Tershana and then travel to Brightlingsa.
The kayak was taken by rice to the marina and delivered to two men so that they had access to the Aquaholic.
When the boat started his journey to Belgium on 29 October, NCA officers looked at the Belgian police and tipped themselves off while they landed on the coast near Nieuwpoort in the early hours of 30 October.
The two pilots, 35 and 45 years old, were arrested while they tried to load 12 migrants, including a woman and child, into the boat.
These men were persecuted in Belgium and imprisoned for six years each.
After research by the RHIB, it was found that it had six rescue jackets that were not suitable for use at sea.
Officers arrested Rice later that day and a kayak was found at the back of his van, identical to it bought by Feci days earlier.

Shenj and Feci were arrested in Nottingham on November 29, 2022.
Feci was again arrested again in February 2023 after proof of his involvement with Myrtaj and Tershana was discovered.
He did not answer any comments on questions that NCA officers asked him.
He appeared on March 21, 2023 at Nottingham Crown Court and was saved in anticipation of his next performance.
However, he was then to Spain and was on the run until August 2024 when he was resolved again.
After extradition, he returned to the UK in November and appeared at Nottingham Crown Court, where he pleaded guilty for helping illegal immigration to the UK.
Yesterday he was sentenced to five years and four months in prison.

Tershana, Shenj, Myrtaj and Rice were convicted and convicted of the same violations in August 2023.
NCA Branch Commander Derek Evans said: 'Feci is the last part of the puzzle in these organized people who smuggle a group, take migrants on dangerous journeys about the channel and undoubtedly make considerable money.
'Although he may have tried to take a distance by not being involved in the purchase of the boat, he was an integral part of finding people to control the ship and buy equipment to ensure that the crossing was a success .
“Feci thought he could avoid justice by fleeing to Spain, but our international reach and help from partners saw him brought back to the UK where he pleaded guilty of the indictment against him.
“Tackling organized immigration crime is an NCA priority and we will continue to focus on people who work smugglers such as Feci and his group, both in the UK and abroad.”
