A beloved Tiktok -Chef -Kok known as the Spudman is confronted with deportation from his pitch despite collecting an online supporters of millions of fans.
Pressure body Tamworth Council wants to remove it from its place in the city center to plant flower beds.

Now more than 72,000 people have signed a petition to support the father of nine.
On Tuesday morning he placed a Tiktok video about a meeting that was planned with the council a few hours later.

“It's my livelihood. It is what feeds my children, holds a roof over their heads and things like that. Many people also just said, you know, and go somewhere else. I don't want it.
“I love Tamworth. I love the people of Tamworth, and I want to be at our pitch for a long time to come and do fun things for the people.
'So I'm going to go to that meeting tomorrow, and I'm going to take nothing less than what we asked for, because I don't think I'm unfair.
In a video that was posted on Facebook last week, Ben admitted that he was 'frustrated' with the situation and had difficulty processing the plans of the councils.
'I spent my pitch on a flower bed. A flowerbed is more important than me, “he said.
“I feel so destroyed here. The amount we have done and that is what I get – a flower bed on my field. '
Ben said that while the council had offered him other places to go, that his current pitch is 'where I have built my company and that is where everyone knows that I am'.
He added that 'thousand other cities' would be crazy on the footstep they bring.
The Star Chef also unveiled when he bought the field for £ 100,000 in 2003, it was sold to him as a transferable property – which means that it could be passed on to his son or it could be sold.
But after changes to his contract, it is no longer transferable and he should request the fields every 12 months to keep it.

In a statement, the Labor-LED Council said that street food sellers are temporarily moved for regeneration work and that Spudman could return to a field just a few meters from his current one.
The leader of the council, Carol Dean, said: 'We have seen and read the worries that this weekend around the revised layout to St Editha's Square expressed as part of our plans to create a more hospitable public space where everyone can enjoy.
'We appreciate the power of feeling the community and we listen.
'We are looking for a meeting with Spud -Man as quickly as possible, so that we can consider the problems together.
“We would like to get in touch with all traders and companies, including spud man, while we work together to protect the city for future generations.”
The petition of Change.org states that the loss of Spudman would cause a 'considerable revolution and loss of companies'.

Tamworth Borough Council asked for the first time to move Spudman to the Hoofthigh Street in June – a movement on which the potato chef is unhappy, because he does not want to disturb other traders with his own high pedestrian.

He has no idea how he became an unlikely tourist attraction for young people after he originally joined Tiktok to keep an eye on his children.
Since then, his simple videos of him who share culinary tips and daily life as a seller of a jacket on his trailer explodes in popularity.
Mr. Newman has even earned his own personal fan base in Hawaii and admits that he is still stunned by his new fame and becomes a millennial rage.
