Mining magnate Clive Palmer has launched a 'Make Australia Great Again' political party only a few weeks before the federal elections.
The billionaire will announce a new political party at 11 am with the name 'Trumpet of the Patriots' at 11 am.
It will replace its United Australia Party, which he has not failed in a bid in the Supreme Court to register again and will focus on reducing 'government waste and corruption'.
“For too long have Australians suffer from a labor and liberal duopoly of power that is supported by the greens and now the tests,” is a statement on the temporary website of the new party.
'The simple reason why your living costs are so high is because Australians are scammed by the political system, non -chosen bureaucrats and the lobbyists who support them.
Following the language of US President Donald Trump, the statement adds: 'Enough is enough! We will deflate the swamp! '
The trumpet of the Patriots was originally registered in 2011, according to a register of the Australian Electoral Commission.
The Daily Telegraph reported that the party was originally known as the Country Alliance, before changing his name several times.

These name changes include the Australian Federation Party in 2020, before it was changed to the trumpet of Patriots last year.
The party is expected to run candidates in all lower and open seats of the Senate.
The website has an application portal for potential candidates, which require a federal police check, a nomination costs of $ 100 and a short personal biography, followed by a series of questions.
The deadline for applications will close at the end of February.
It will be the last time that Mr Palmer is able to spend huge sums of cash on an election campaign due to new donation and expenditure caps that will come into effect next year.
In 2022, Mr. Palmer spent more than $ 120 million on the campaign and the candidates of the United Australia Party received more than 600,000 votes in the Lower House and more than half a million in the Senate.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was immediately rejected by Mr. Palmer's new party when he was asked about it on Wednesday morning.

“A guy who spends more than $ 100 million to deliver one senate chair with a guy in the corner and only participates in the conspiracy theories that I think is true for money,” said Mr. Albanese.
