In the bulletin of the desk it said that Otero has a tattoo of a dagger behind his left ear and the name of his ex-girlfriend tattooed behind his right ear. He was considered “armed and dangerous.”

The police said that Otero had a fight with the victim before she was missing, which encouraged the first search and investigation.
The possible motive for her murder remains unclear.
Rivera's family told Fox29 Philadelphia that she leaves an 11-year-old daughter.
Martha Lee Fred, the sister of Rivera, said she was loving, friendly and funny. The family spent six days searching for her after she had disappeared.
“We searched for her for six days and today they confirmed for us that the woman was found in a superficial grave yesterday,” Fred said.
“We went looking for my sister for hours every day, hours at the same time,” she added. “She didn't deserve to be buried in a park. She didn't earn that. '
