Fans of the Spud Brothers, based in Preston, have revealed how a Tiktok video of the jacket potato activities that give away free food has left them in tears.
A video shared on the Spud Brothers Tiktok account, @thespudbrothers, with 3.6 million followers, showed an older couple that the last two potatoes of the food of free was offered.
While the couple walked close to the van, an employee unnamed: 'Pardon. Pardon. Do you want two free Jave potatoes? Do you want to eat some free? '
He continued: 'Come on, we will warm you up. You look a bit cold there. '
While the couple seemed somewhat shy when they approached the van and accepted the offer of the free potatoes, the staff member explained which toppings they had available.
First he assembled one of the spuds for the man, Golde on garlic chili chicken and cheese.
He then turned to the woman, who seemed somewhat depressed and asked her if she wanted a potato.
The man, who explained her crestfallen attitude, explained that she had just fallen.

“Oh no, is you okay?” the potato seller asked.
He then asked if the couple would want him to call someone for them.
The older man refused the friendly offer and explained that the woman has Alzheimer's disease. He ordered a potato for the woman and asked for the same toppings he had.
At this point the seller pointed out that the garlic chili chicken is quite spicy – asking if that would be good for her.
Together with the potato, the seller said sympathetic to the lady: “As long as you're in order, that's the most important thing.”
Spud Brothers has started a company by Jacob and Harley Nelson. The original exhaust valve was in Preston. It now works further points of sale, including a pop-up in London.
Viewers went to the commentary part of the video to share their thoughts over the clip, some said they had been moved to tears.
One said, “I wanted to cry to see this.”

In the same spirit, a further poster added: “These actions of kindness restore my faith in humanity.”
“Alzheimer's is the worst, good for your spud brove really couple,” wrote a further commentator.
