The Wnba star found a piece of duct tape written with the words 'Gay Baby Jail' on it.
Griner, 34, is gay and was once imprisoned in Russia for the possession of marijuana, before the Biden government brought her home in a prisoner -swap for Viktor Bout, a Russian arms dealer. Her and her wife Cherelle also welcomed a baby boy together at the end of 2024.
She was planned to talk to cannabis lovers during an event on Monday in the possession of Women Grow, an organization aimed at female leaders in the industry.
However, it seems that the note was an unhappy coincidence instead of something malignant aimed at Griner, who was staying in the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.
