A woman who abused her little dog in a small Lincoln pub and then attacked four spectators who tried to intervene will serve behind bars for more than 10 months.
Ketija Bilinska, 57, was convicted of causing unnecessary suffering from a protected animal and mistreatment by beating.
The incident took place on the evening of 8 November last year in the Dog and Bone Pub along the John Street of the city.
The Lincolnshire police responded to the incident after receiving reports that the woman had beaten her dog and then attacked other customers at the bar.
No one was seriously injured by the attack, but Bilinksa was arrested and later charged.
The 57-year-old appeared last Wednesday for Lincoln Magistrates' Court and was sentenced to 10 weeks before the attack in addition to another 8 weeks to hit her dog.
In March 2024, however, the dog owner received a suspended six -month prison sentence for actual physical injury (ABH), whereby these latter violations took place within the probationary period of one year.
Ketija will therefore spend 44 weeks in prison, because she will now sit out her previous 26 weeks with her most recent imprisonment of 18 weeks.

During her conviction, Bilinska also received a lifelong disqualification warrant on the basis of section 34 of the Animal Welfare Act.
This means that the 57-year-old in the future is no longer allowed to own, store or control an animal.
The Chinese Crested Dog of Bilinska was also subject to a deprivation warrant from the court and will be held again.
She has also been instructed to pay a compensation bill of £ 100 to each of the four attack victims.
Dog legislation Officer DC Gemma Oxby said: 'This case is a demonstration of how members of our community will not tolerate cruelty for animals when they tried to intervene in an aggressive situation to protect this vulnerable dog against the owner.
“The court has made it clear that such disgusting behavior is not overlooked.”
