The police have revealed the specific indictment that two nurses involved in an anti -Semitic video are expected to be confronted.
Bankstown Hospital Nurses Ahmed 'Rashid' Nadir and Sarah Abu Lebdeh told the Israeli influencer Max Veifer that they would kill their Jewish patients while talking to him in the Live video chat platform Chatruletk.
NSW Police Detective Superintendent Darren Newman said that the nurses are probably a Commonwealth crime about the use of a transport service.
He said that they were 'complexities around obtaining the evidence' because Veeifer lives outside of Australia and the police 'needed an permissible statement that can be used in a court in NSW'.
He said he was convinced that he could get that evidence.
