A mother and daughter died in a horrible house fire, after the mother went back to the burning building in a desperate attempt to save her child.
Veronica Carmady, 46, and her six -year -old daughter Aurora could not escape and both died in the fire.
A neighbor told Daily Mail Australia that they were shouting from the house on St Johns Road in the southwestern suburb of Sydney van Heckenberg.
The little girl screamed for help, “said the neighbor. “Help, help, I need help.”
Several neighbors saw Mrs. Carmady outside the house after the fire broke out before she went back in to look for Aurora.
Local man Jaykay Moon ran to help people in the house, using a ladder to break through a window and save a three -year -old girl.
“Everything we heard was screaming,” the 17-year-old son of the man Jaykay JR told news.com.au. “One of the parents shouted that his children were still inside.”
“Hearing the child's scream was traumatizing,” his mother Tia Moon added. “(Then) Shouting just stopped.”

Emergency services were called to the house on Wednesday at around 12.40, where they found the house in flames.
After they entered the house, the police and fire brigade made the heartbreaking discovery of two bodies.
“There was nothing we could do, the fire had already led with flames that strive out of the front windows,” Fire and Rescue NSW head inspector Adam Dewberry told Ben Fordham of 2GB.
A neighbor told today that his father saw the flames and ran to the Inferno to help save that in the house.
The man, armed with a bat, ran to the back of the house and waved to the windows, broke the glass while flames ran out of the openings.
The open window allowed another person to quickly jump into the house and to pull a little girl to safety.

The survivors were treated on the spot.
A three -year -old girl was rushed to the Westmead Children's Hospital, where she stays in a critical condition.
A man also fights for his life in the Concord Hospital after possibly had fatal burns in his airways.
A second child and another man were taken to the Liverpool Hospital for treatment.
The police have set up a crime scene to investigate the circumstances around the fire.
'This house is completely stripped, it is absolutely destroyed. Fire tore through the house, “said superintendent Dewberry.
“It's absolutely just a shell of themselves, so they sift through it to see where and how this fire actually started.”

Superintendent Dewberry said there is no indication that the house had smoke detectors working.
“It doesn't matter what the fire starts, but we do know that working smoke detectors save lives,” he said.
“Smoke detectors are the first line of defense for you to protect yourself, your family and your loved ones.”
A report will be drawn up for the coroner.
