This is the first image of a British man who is accused of taught a 75-year-old man to death in Finland after he claimed that he had been tied up and raped.
Garo Jlitakryan, 32, admitted that he led to the man, who has been called at least six times with an ax, heard his trial.
Jlitakryan is confronted with at least ten years in prison, if found guilty, after the attack that took place last July while in the Scandinavian country on a charity bike ride for help from the heroes.
The Londoner told the court in South Ostrobothnia, Noord -West Finland, he had attacked the man at the end of July in his flat in Seinajoki after he had been raped.
Jlitakryan, who works as a valet, said he had been through Europe on a charity ride and ended up in Finland last July to work in the victim's flat.
He described how they had met each other at first in a spa in the city and spent the night in a hotel before he went back to the victims apartment.
Jlitakryan said: 'He told me that if I helped him, he could give me sexual favors, but I didn't want sexual favors, I just wanted to rest and charge my phone.
'We ate lunch together, which tasted terribly, then I fell asleep. When I woke up, I was tied up with connections, I couldn't move well.

“He then committed sexual acts to me and I couldn't escape. The test was terrible. When it was over, he rolled next to me.
“Then he started snoring and he decided to escape. I went to the kitchen and cut my tires there. '
Jlitakryan told the court that the man then prevented him from leaving and threatened him with an ax that said: “No one would believe him.”
He added: 'The man had an ax in his hand, I had no choice but to defend myself. It was him or me.
“He slid out and fell and I went to hit him with the wooden handle of the ax, but I also slid out and the ax touched the man.
“I remember struck him twice, maybe three times. The man did not move and so my idea was to leave.
“My bike was in the man's car. I packed my things, took the ax and my devices that loaded, panicked and then fled into the car, drove to the east. '
The man's daughter told the court that she kept the alarm after he had not heard of him and the police eventually found her father on August 14, more than two weeks after he died.

Swigering from a glass, he added: 'I don't know, I can just leave this place, it's a stressful thing. You can't even get a relationship because you can't speak the language. '
