A journalist in Texas has furiously reduced reduction after releasing a melodramatic report in which Republicans were compared with Nazis.
KPRC 2 Investigative Reporter Joel Eisenbaum played crack pages from a textbook in a news clip when he discussed a decision by Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District to remove certain chapters from textbooks used in classrooms.
The report cuts a video of Nazi Germany during a book fire event as Eisenbaum says: 'Book ban in one form or another goes back for a long time. And now it is fashionable again, at least in some of our school districts.
“Cy-Fair ISD does it a little differently and strips individual chapters in textbooks.”
In the Nazi Germany that was broadcast, students from universities in Nazi clubs in Germany burned thousands of books by Jewish or left-wing writers, together with everything as 'Un-German'.
The remarks of Eisenbaum led furiously to Republicans and Maga supporters, so that the television network removes the segment from the online story.
Congressman Wesley Hunt described the comparison as 'insane'.
He said: 'PRC in Houston attacks the members of the Republican school board in Cyfair and calls them Nazis – all because they prioritize reading, mathematics and science over left -wing indoctrination.

'For the record: these texts were removed more than a year ago, so why is this a' story 'now? Because there is an election! It sounds like an election interference for me.
“This is how the left culture wars fight. It's time we fight back. '
Allegedly the mainly Republican school board voted 6-1 last year to remove chapters from textbooks that focus on vaccines, climate change and diversity.
Senator -Team Bettencourt also weighed and described the news item as 'bizarre propaganda'.
“Having school ISD Trustees that took the references from textbooks, etc. … does not mean that no licensed media can do this without a doubt.”
State representative Steve Toth added: “Parents of Texas, you are all Nazi book burners if you teach your children that there are only 2 sexes and boys don't belong in girl's bathrooms.”
Democrat Sara McGee, who runs for the Texas House of Representatives, hit back and claimed: 'They have removed the entire chapters of science. Why do you need to lie constantly? ”
Members of the public were also indignant about the segment, describing as 'insane' and add: 'The FCC must withdraw their broadcasting permit.'

A critic called on Elon Musk's doge to investigate the network.
KPRC's news director Ana Lastra issued a statement in response to the recoil, which showed that she initiated an internal assessment to investigate the segment.
“After the story was broadcast, we received feedback that expressed concern about the use of historical images,” she said.
'Although the facts of the story remain undisputed, we acknowledge that some elements can be seen as an inflammatory and can detract from the core issues.
As journalists, it is our responsibility to accurately display facts and information, but I acknowledge that trust in our work can be undermined by such distractions. '
