Ugly Betty actor Eric Mabius was arrested on Thursday morning for battery in Florida.
Mabius, 53, was booked in the prison and detention center of Nassau County just before 6 a.m. and is confronted with two crimes, battery and resistance to a officer without violence per TMZ.
