A beautiful traffic agent who has won a legion of admiring fans revealed details about her restoration of a bone marrow transplantation.
Daniela Gaviria, 30, turned its heads at the end of 2022 when a clip of her walking on a sidewalk in the Colombian city of Pereira went viral.
The clip, entitled 'The most beautiful agent in Pereira', shot her famous in her native country.
The mother-of-two often offered requests from strangers who would stop her in public to pose for photos and videos.
They knew little that the beautiful traffic agent suffered from scleroderma, a rheumatic disease that, especially on the arms, fingers and face, becomes thicker and hardened and can also influence the lungs, the heart, kidneys and the digestive system.
“Thank goodness I have been a very healthy woman,” Gaviria said in an interview with Colombian newspaper El Diario.
“It's just that this condition woke up and we had to start a series of treatments to try to stop, because it started to progress very quickly and the body started to reject them all,” she explained.
“The last option was a bone marrow transplant.”

Gaviria, who has recently undergone a bone marrow transplant, suffers from a disease that makes the skin thicker and hardened, especially on the arms, fingers and face, and also the lungs, the heart, kidneys and the digestive system can influence
Before the procedure, Gaviria had undergone various treatments for her rare condition when it started to deteriorate.
After a while, her doctor stopped the treatments due to various factors, including her age.
She described how her blood vessels narrowed and her skin color changed.
“The color change in my hands is not in the skin, but it causes vasoconstriction, they turn purple, almost blue, as if I have hypothermia and that happens when I have a very strong emotion, stress or a slight change in temperature,” she explained out.
Gaviria traveled to the city of Cali for the bone marrow transplantation on December 5 and was admitted to a clinic, where she spent more than a month in a room with a fixed temperature of 59 degrees.
Her doctor, she said, was blown away by the results of the transplant and calls it “the fastest reconstruction after the transplant he has seen.”
“I am still in treatment because the disease does not leave after this transplantation, it has no cure,” said Gaviria.
She added that 'the idea of ​​the transplant is to have control and quality of life' and 'it will not continue to progress so quickly'.
Unfortunately, Gaviria had to accept the reality that she could continue to follow in the footsteps of her mother, who also a traffic agent.

“Before the process, Daniela Gaviria was a woman full of errors who appreciated the simplicity, but believed that surrounded by many people was good, but she was not surrounded by the people close to her really important circle,” she said.
“I understood that the idea is calm without worrying about perfection, but about happiness and that indirectly will make you feel good.”
