The Associated Press has sued three Top officials from Trump after the wire service was excluded from events in the White House and travel with the president on board Air Force One.
The AP lawsuit was aimed at Staff Chef Susie Wiles of the White House, deputy Staff chef Taylor Budowich and press secretary Karoline Leavitt, said the wire service.
It asked a judge to reverse the 10-day ban of the White House.

“The press and all people in the United States have the right to choose their own words and not take revenge by the government,” said the court case.
“This focused attack on the editorial independence of the AP and the ability to collect and report the news, the core of the first amendment put it further. “This court must remedy it immediately.”
The lawsuit was filed on Friday afternoon in the American court in Washington, DC
The president gained a legal threat on Thursday evening during a speech for Republican Governors.

“We keep them out of all news conferences, now I know for sure that they will be charged and maybe they will win, it doesn't matter, it's just something we feel strong about,” the president said.
The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comments on the court case.
More than 40 news organizations have registered with a letter organized by the Association of the White House that encourages the White House to reverse the AP ban. The existence of the letter was first reported by the status news from Oliver Darcy.

“We can understand President Trump's frustration because the media have often been unfair, but Newsmax still supports the AP's right, as a private organization, to use the language it wants to use in its report,” Newsmax said In a statement to the New York Times.

AP was already excluded from the covers of the White House on Campus, but on Friday afternoon reporter Darlene Superville and Ben Curtis were told that they could not get on board Air Force One.
Superville and Curtis flew commercially to Florida and were told every morning by an employee of the White House, they could not become a member of the swimming pool, the traditional group of 13 rotating reporters who follow the president's movement, of which AP is always a member .
