White House Pers Secretary Karoline Leavitt revealed on Friday that she was discovered that she was being charged by the Associated Press when she was on her way to a large conservative conference.
She described how she quickly called from the White House Advocaten to find out what she could and could not say.
But she had her answer in the midst of the struggle about AP complaints that the first amendment rights were violated by excluding the events of President Donald Trump.
“We feel that we have right in this position,” she said. “And I said in my first briefing on stage, we are going to make sure that truth and accuracy are present in that white house every day.”
Minutes earlier it turned out that the AP sued three administration officers after he had been excluded in the last 10 days.
The case was submitted on Friday afternoon in the American court in Washington DC.
The AP says that the prohibition is an unconstitutional effort of the White House to control the speech – in this case it refuses to change his style of the Gulf of Mexico in the 'Gulf of America', as President Donald Trump did last month with a Executive order.

The president gained a legal threat on Thursday evening during a speech for Republican Governors.
Leavitt delivered her response to the conservative political action conference just outside Washington, DC, where she explained the communication strategy of the White House.
“We are offensive every day and the president leads from an attacking mentality,” she said.
'We are not going to apologize for reducing waste, fraud and abuse of our government. We are not going to apologize for massive deferring illegal immigrant criminals who have violated the laws of our nation and terrorized our communities. '
She enjoyed focusing a Barb on Jim Acosta, one of the reporters who became famous during the first Trump term for sparring with her predecessors.

“He says what not so nice things about me online, and I resisted to respond,” she told Mercedes Schlapp.
“But because you raised him, I would like to say, let's go, Jim, at least I have a job.”
Acosta announced that he left CNN three weeks ago, after a shakeup meant that his show was banned to the midnight hour.
The conference closes on Saturday with a head performance by Trump.
