A man who has sexually abused a homeless woman in a busy street in a city center is imprisoned.
Morgan Kemble, 20, approached the victim who was sitting outside a shop in a street in Cardiff with a sleeping bag draped over her legs.
Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court heard how the predator approached the woman and noticed: “Beautiful, what are you doing?”
Kemble, Van Brackla, Bridgang, then placed his arm around the woman and sat down next to her, the court heard last Tuesday.
The homeless woman asked Kemble to stop and tried to pull his arm away, and added that he felt her 'uncomfortable', Walesonline reports.
Satisfaction, Bethan Evans, said the victim was struggling while Kemble got hold of her and put his hands under her sleeping bag and later touched her genitals.
The 20-year-old was later taken into custody and was then saved. He has now been sentenced to a year in a Young Offenders Institute after he has been found guilty of sexual violence.
After that, the suspect started a non-Molestatiebield after he had gone to his parents' ownership.
